Digital Project Manager

Task:
- leading the development processes of digital transformation projects (MOME Web, MOME App, smart university, paperless office, digital administration, student life platform etc.), in cooperation with the internal clients and stakeholders at MOME
- creating project plans, roadmaps, project budgets and documentation
- leading project teams, organise and assign tasks and deadlines, clear roadblocks etc.
- managing internal development of web applications
- coordinating external development teams, manage the backlog and monitor their progress
- participating in product design processes (problem definition, brainstorming, prototyping, testing)
- implement and customise existing software for the needs of MOME citizens
- able to express your own ideas in a creative environment that helps spark a wide range of new ideas
Expectation:
- qualification: BSc or higher preferably in IT or business,
- 1-3 years experience in digital project management, buisness analytics, process planning, process development
- analytic mindset and process based perspective
- strong communication skills, capability of facilitating workshops and drive processes independently
- structured, detail-oriented, problem-solving approach with a strong will to learn about new technologies and innovative solutions
- ability to express your own ideas in a creative environment that helps spark a wide range of new ideas
- basic understanding of software development processes
- to work with us in the office
- written and verbal english language skills (min. B2)
