Digital Marketing Specialist

to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, setup, manage and follow up on various digital marketing campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Manage and maintain email marketing database for customer newsletter campaigns (working together with internal teams)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • Responsible for planning, editing and publishing
  • information on website/ microsite/landing pages, intranet, social media sites
  • Identify digital/online/social media trends and insights and translate them into our business
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leader- ship and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Create, develop and manage content for KÖR’s digital presence (requires working with content management software)


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing field
  • Demonstrable solid knowledge and experience of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console), experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, newsletter, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in marketing automation systems
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google
  • Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage
  • with both technical and non-technical people at
  • different levels
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English
