Diákmunka - Payroll Process Specialist
Feladatok:
Responsibilities
•Supports the operative functioning of the Domain
•Contributes to payroll cycles
•Responsible for global input files
•Supports with local input files
•Supports and arranges that employee bank access tokens are up to date
•Gathers missing payroll related information i.e.: contacting employee related to missing LS papers
•Manages employee queries assigned by the Process Managers
•Responsible for database management, filing and archiving of the payroll and taxation related documents (including input data, payroll output files)
•Supports the update of SOPs, process maps and control mechanisms
•Actively cooperates and ensures daily contact with Process Managers in order to ensure process efficiency and accuracy
•Provides with status reports about processes and statuses based on agreed terms and format to Process Managers and Domain Lead

Elvárások:
Requirements
•Work experience: 1 year experience, in HR will be an advantage
•Excellent English, other foreign language will be a valuable advantage
•Advanced computer skills, including Office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity
•Openness to learn SAP/Payroll systems
•Ability to work with big amount of data
•Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
•Attention to details, good with numbers
•Empathy and customer focused attitude
•Good communication skills

Other information
In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the daily effective operation of the Payroll Compliance and Process Domain with the main focus on executing the payroll procedures and all related administrative tasks. Process Specialist will report to the Process Manager.
