Diákmunka - Occupational training intern
Feladatok:
What awaits you?
−You will support the local team of occupational training to qualify the new employees of the plant in order to have a successful start of production in 2025.
−All relevant training topics from occupational health & safety and leadership to artificial intelligence and production technology will be part of your scope.
−Support in the handling and onboarding of training suppliers.
−Close contact with the different technologies to fulfill their training needs.
−Support with administrative tasks like reporting, learning management system maintenance and creation of presentations.

−Ongoing university studies in Engineering, IT or HR related field.
−English and Hungarian at conversational level.
−Confident MS Office knowledge.
−Availability at least 24 hours / week, flexible scheduling, at least 3-4 days / week.
−Great communication skills and a mindset with attention to details.
−Analytic way of thinking and structured way of working.
−Ability to work in a team consisting of different cultures.
