Development Manager

    We work with agile methodology, this way we ensure the constant communication between all the colleagues who are responsible for the product – Product Managers, Test Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects. We use MS technology, our products are mainly built on .Net, C# and MS SQL. As an international company we closely collaborate with our offices in New York, London and Hong Kong – our working language is English.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a development team consisting of Junior and Senior Developers
  • Coordinate the workflow of Testers, a Functional and a Technical Architect as a SCRUM Master
  • Plan and track the development cycle of Dealogic products
  • Ensure the integration, maintenance and quality of software developed by the team
  • Active participation in developing, code reviewing
  • Provide reports on development flow
  • Continuous contact with the Product Manager responsible for the functionality of the products
  • Strong cooperation with other Development Managers
  • Active participation in recruiting process
  • Constant mentoring and coaching for team members

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in managing and driving a development team (performance management, recruiting, mentoring)
  • 5+ years of experience in C#, .NET (we will consider candidates from other OO backgrounds) and database design an agile environment
  • Strong level of English
  • Experience in full-cycle product development (specification, architecture, development, testing, release to client)
  • Project management experience (TFS)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Outstanding team coordination skills
