Dashboard Coordinator
to join our National Sales Company Operating System team in Szentendre
As a Dashboard coordinator you will Contribute to the development of the business models with our dealerships across Europe. Suggest creative solutions, present it to the European top management while improving your business acumen and analytical skills. The main focus is on the communication with Business Owners, measurement of dealer KPIs and automation of business processes.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
- Model E certification process and Excel reporting
- Align operational details of Key Performance Indicator measurement with business owners
- Support Excel reporting setup, develop and maintain desk procedures
- Identify possible interfaces and seek automation opportunities
- Support the scorecard setup process and governance
- Variable Dealer Margin reporting
- Support Business owner request to harmonize and optimize workflows among dashboards and back-end database operated by the team
- Set up user interface platform (HERMES) templates in connection with variable dealer margin reporting
- Identify touch points between Model E compliance implementation to target leaner process execution
- Dealer Information Database (DID) and Dealer attestation process
- Familiarize with Dealer Information Database functionality, maintain special attention to activity-based features
- Support Business owner requests to change business logic in DID structure
- Set up and maintain dealer attestation process, collect and store Field Service Actions, consider future development and hosting solutions for this process
- Dealer Communication Center – Digital Case management
- Understand market and user’s needs and collect development ideas
- Work together with the process reengineering team to identify a new application for this tool and find a new hosting solution
- Run standard reporting and send to markets about main KPIs.
- Revisit training materials and provide training upon market requests
Professional experience and soft-skills that will help you in your everyday job:
- Degree in economics, business informatics, marketing or similar field
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skill, advanced usage of Excel – reporting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Application of techniques to improve and automate processes – Alteryx knowledge is preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently – project management experience is preferred
- Very good problem solving skills
