Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, payroll and internal helpdesk. Czech and Slovak Speaking Customer and Colleague Engagement Service Associate (Part time)

The Role:

Within Tesco Business Services and Technology, the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre provides support for internal colleagues and external customers. The colleague support team receives IT and Product related queries while the customer team receives ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service related queries. Both teams are supported by an operational support team, to ensure an excellent customer experience and flawless operation. Altogether we are around 80 colleagues in the team and we provide support for Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

What will you do:

  • Ensuring all contacts are answered efficiently and resolved as detailed in the operating processes
  • Delivering a great customer and colleague service experience
  • Taking ownership of the issue, and using my knowledge and behavioral skills to engage, understand, action and deliver with confidence
  • Escalating contacts efficiently, where required, to minimise impact on customers
  • Spotting opportunities to improve process for the business

This is a 30-hour role.

Your background:

  • Graduate/ high school education
  • Upper-intermediate Czech and Slovakian language knowledge
  • Upper-intermediate English knowledge
  • Hungarian is an advantage
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
