Customer Support Representative – UK market


    The main goal of a Customer Support Representative is to ensure an effective, proactive communication towards our customers and provide continuous support for Altaterra’s accounts. By doing this the colleague has to take both Altaterra’s and customer’s interests into consideration on permanent base and build up a successful long-term relation with the customers.


    • Keeping continuous proactive contact with Altaterra’s customers, partners and employees, with special focus on customer satisfaction
    • Answering customers’ questions, fulfilling their requests and fixing open issues
    • Accurately processing customers’ orders in the ERP system
    • Customer order management
    • Customer ownership and continuous customer care
    • Customer claim and complaint handling
    • Managing consignment stock related admin
    • Continuously and proactively updating customers and related co-workers
    • Building up effective customer relationships and permanent improvement of customer satisfaction
    • Supporting of the sales activity in general
    • Acting as a first point of contact


    Needed professional skills:
    • Very strong English (business fluency)
    • Any other European language could be considered as an advantage
    • Proven ability to build relationships with the customers to support sales activity
    • Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
    • Competency in customer support processes including planning tasks, resource allocations, risk management, time management, financial management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping
    Needed attitude:

    • Strong attention to detail, punctuality
    • Analytic skills with the ability to present qualitative and quantitative results

    • Office based (Altaterra office in Sopron)
    • The role requires to travel occasionally around 5-6 times a year
    • Both inland trips and abroad journey (Overnight stays are expected (2-3 night))
