Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing customer orders with accuracy, from entry to invoicing
- Handling order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports, claims, returns, and crediting
- Logging cases and calls to a high standard and providing regular updates until resolution
- Communicating with customers and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.) to resolve issues

Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Good MS Office skills; knowledge of SFDC and SAP is a plus
- Accurate and fast data entry skills, excellent telephone manner, and strong organizational skills
