CUSTOMER SERVICE (SALES ADMINISTRATOR)

TDK is a comprehensive electronic components manufacturer leading the world in magnetic technology. TDK’s diverse range of electronic components are at work all the time inside the familiar products that you use every day.

We look for motivated, hardworking and enterprising individuals to join our company with international environment in Budapest; target start date is as soon as possible.

Customer services provide a valuable link between our customers and TDK vendors who produce the products.

Tasks:

  • Processing and follow up of Customers Orders
  • Communication with Customers and Vendors
  • Reporting and maintaining job related documents, databases

Requirements:

  • Must have effective communication skills both written and verbal in English in order to answer phones and to communicate with co-workers world wide.
  • German or another 3rd European language and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • PC skills, basic Excel (or more)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team spirit
  • Strong ability to learn
