Customer Service Representative with Dutch

Location: Debrecen (or remote only from Hungary)

Hours to cover Monday-Sunday, 8:00 Am - 20:00 Pm, 8hrs / day, 40 hours / week

Languages: English (B2), Dutch (B2-C1)


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline customer support, technical support and e-commerce after-sales service via phone, chat and/or email. You will provide information about products and services, help with processing orders, respond to customer enquiries, and process returns.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Repairs calls and emails - Looking up repair status and questions about repairs for business that have sent watches in on behalf of consumers. Tracking, lost in post claims, explaining quotations, adding missing proof of purchase to the system , copy invoices and quotations
  • Requesting credit notes when items cannot be repaired or replaced
  • Swap offers - sending B2B client offer letters to give their customer for out of warranty items to come to us direct for a discounted new watch when we cannot repair
  • Spare parts - adaptability queries, tracking, orders, order changes, freight claims, credit notes for returns
  • Wearables troubleshoot to assist our B2B customers who have consumers in stores with issues
  • Warranty questions about wearables


  • At least High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Technically savvy with smartphones and smartwatches
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work
  • Ability to take right decisions, strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems
  • Organised, accurate, with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous Customer Service experience (at least 6 months)
  • Willing to learn new skills and grow with the company


  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels
  • Both Dutch and English (at least B2-C1 level)
