Customer Service Representative (Polish speaking) (1-16-33773/PR)
- On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate to be Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative.
- incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems
- liaising with Polish speaking distributors and customers: providing help and information, problem solving
- liaising with warehouse and suppliers
- handling complaints, reclamations
- - Native/near native Polish AND fluent English knowledge is a must
- At least 4 months experience in a customer service related role
- Excellent cummunication skill
- Customer focused attitude
