Customer service representative

Task:

    • Full management and confirmation of sales orders.
    • Processing of received STOP table orders.
    • Recording customer orders in SAP, PDF format, manually.
    • Confirmation of customer order.
    • Manage and track ZORDMON in SAP.
    • Fix new prices and modify old ones in SAP.
    • Keep up to date with customers via phone and e-mail.
    • Monitor inventory daily.
    • Discuss customer orders on a daily basis with production.
    • Continuous monitoring and coordination with logistics.
    • Proactive Customer communication
    • Monitoring of consigment warehouses
    • Transmission of post-delivery documentation to customers.

    Completing outbound (customer) billing, including documentation and archiving too, also Intrastat reporting in accordance with applicable laws. The professional managament of this activity is carried out by the accounting team leader as well as by the controlling and financial group leader.

    • Written confirmation of customer orders.
    • Ensure that customer orders are up-to-date.
    • Checking the fulfillment of customer orders, record and evaluate them, and take the necessary measures.
    • Investigating the satisfaction of its customers based on the buyer’s or Flabeg Ltd.’s criteria.
    • Support of KAM and GM in monitoring order volume and order deviation according to sale

Expectation:

    • Secondary education
    • At least 2-3 years of professional experience
    • English business level and/or German language skills
