Customer Service Manager

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:

    To meet customer experience requirements
  • leading your team (10+) in line with the existing processes on an operational level
  • providing professional support to team in dealing with atypical problems

  • Process improvement:
  • continuously seeking the possibility of standardizing, improving, simplifying processes
  • proactive communication with cross-functional departments
  • demonstration of agile management skills in related projects
  • active participation in international CS projects and system implementations

  • People management:
  • ensuring all team members are aware of the CS processes, can handle them for full satisfaction of customers
  • acting as team lead in organizing and supervising the team to utilize its full capacity

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2-3 years of experience as CS team leader in a multinational organization
  • result-driven strategic thinker with strong customer and business focus
  • strong technical skills and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • proven track record in people management
  • self-starter, proactive and agile
  • communication level of English
