Customer Insight Manager

What you will be doing

  • Providing consultation to management and marketing teams on customer and market insight promoting use in all strategic decision making – being the voice of the customer across the business.
  • Managing and undertaking analysis and external/internal customer (B2C & B2B) research projects and delivering insight, profiling customer behaviours and trends, with storytelling reports and insightful narrative.
  • Developing external and internal market insights to identify customer opportunities and weak spots, and shape strategic recommendations founded in insight.
  • Management of Customer Insight agencies, project management.
  • Responsibility for the methodology background of the different research projects.
  • Desk research.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

  • 2-4 years experience working in a similar role with experience of using B2C&B2B customer insight and research to shape and develop business strategy;
  • Demonstrable analytical problem solving and statistical capabilities with the ability to transform analysis and insight into meaningful, storytelling presentations;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SPSS knowledge;
  • Strong Communication Skills in English and in Hungarian.
