Customer Delivery Professional (English and German/French/Italian or Russian) (147691)

What you'll be doing:

  • Keeping customers updated about ongoing deliveries throughout Europe
  • Managing customer order workflows and updates in the internal systems
  • Ordering and tracking multiple and complex infrastructure products and services
  • Driving issue resolution to meet the agreed standards and deadlines
  • Responsible for the end to end relationship for both internal and external customers
  • Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
  • Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution


Professional skills:

  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • good organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in customer communication is an advantage
  • Experience in working in an SSC/IT field is an advantage
  • ITIL is an advantage


Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
  • French/German/Italian or Russian language knowledge on a conversational level is a must
