Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing service requests and responding to customer needs with professionalism and care. Working in a supportive international environment, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and emails in Hungarian and English, providing outstanding support.
- Process service requests via customer portals while ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Enter and manage jobs in our internal CMS system.
- Schedule service visits and aftersales appointments—even during night shifts.
- Coordinate technician workloads for the next day.
- Accurately assign and log maintenance jobs.
- Proactively monitor, update, and close cases in internal and client platforms.
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships through clear communication.
- Collaborate closely across shifts for seamless operations.
- Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Validate Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc customer reports.
Requirements
- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in customer service, or operations (fresh graduates also welcome!).
- Experience in a multinational or shared-service environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce or Lightfoot is a plus.
- Native Hungarian and strong English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills—especially during varying shifts.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working outside standard business hours.
- A team player with excellent communication and smooth shift-handover skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
