About your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for our partner
- You would be in charge of supporting and providing professional customer care via e-mail and phone
- Your task is to deliver solutions in different situations
- Defining and solving their costumers queries in a timely manner

- Fluency in English and French
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity and the ability to think fast
- Interest in supply chain and transportation beside motivation to improve yourself
- The „Can do” attitude: your future team will teach you everything so please do not matter if you don’t have working experience in the field of logistics or customer care.
