Marionnaud Hungary is currently looking for an experienced and motivated marketing associate with experience in the retail or related sector for the following role:

CRM Specialist


  • Support, implement and develop strong CRM plan in cooperation with CRM manager (direct mailings, eCRM, valuable member-only promotions etc.) on the basis of various types of segmentation, in order to retain loyal customers, increase frequency and basket size of current customers and attract new customers
  • Monitoring the results of each activity and amend if necessary
  • Analyze and report the result of the CRM plan and propose actions to improve those results
  • Monitor competitors' CRM activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues within own departments, global CRM department based in UK and others
  • Active communication to customers with special focus on loyalty program
  • Perform other duties in line with the manager´s instructions
  • Customer Service management


  • Diploma of higher education (marketing or business management)
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing and/or CRM experience
  • Experience in retail or related sector
  • Reliable, open personality who works well within a team and has accurate work habits
  • Are ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability
  • Fluent English both in written and oral
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Extensive experience in database marketing
  • Extensive experience in CRM in a B2C environment


  • Knowledge of Siebel and/or Adobe CRM-softwares
  • Have strong experience in working with customers
