For our Budapest based financial technology client we are looking for a colleague for the following role:
COUNTRY OPERATIONS LEAD – FULL REMOTE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help fast and continuous administration of our ITALY-related processes
- Maintain a good relationship with tax authorities
- Focus is on making sure that the VAT registration process is done on time with as few pending registrations as possible
- On a daily basis the lead also has to delegate tasks to reach our goals
- Continuous improvement on the Italian registration process has to be in focus as well
- Administration and follow-up of the ongoing registrations
- Cooperate and coordinate virtual assistants’ work
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar coordinator, administrative role
- Fluent English AND Italian is a must
- High level of Excel knowledge
- Self-dependence with innovative ideas, aiming for simplification
- Precise and accurate work
- Hard working, dynamic, team player with good time management skills
- Willingness to learn new processes
- Excellent organization & communication skills
