Responsibilities

•Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and analyses (finance)

•Monitoring and analyzing purchasing costs and supplier performance (purchasing)

•Controlling sales and commercial performance, including revenue and profitability analysis (commercial)

•Monitoring and reporting on logistics-related costs and efficiency (logistics)

•Monitoring, analyzing, and controlling labor costs, including headcount, overtime, and productivity metrics (labor controlling)

•Cost control, variance analysis, and propose measures to improve efficiency

•Collaborating with various departments and providing regular decision-support materials to management

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

•More than at least 3-5 years as a plant controller

•Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

•Analytical thinking, precision, and strong problem-solving skills

•Fluent English, both written and spoken
