Contract Commercial Manager (PE-8456)

What you’ll be doing:

    As Contract Commercial Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Holds customer facing responsibility of managing the financial and operational performance of a customer contract
  • Acts as single point of commercial and operational contact between the customer and internal sales and service operations
  • Bears ownership of profit & loss management, financial forecasting, commercial decisions, contractual obligations, risk and opportunity management
  • Manages any commercial matters that may impact the contract profitability or customer satisfaction including pricing, ordering and billing aspects
  • Is driven by financial and business growth goals and objectives
  • Role might include occasional travel abroad for customer and account team meetings and negotiations

    Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
  • Excellent commercial understanding and problem solving skills with a can do attitude in a changing environment is a must
  • Good sense of negotiation and win-win approach is a must
  • Excellent in presentation to customer and senior management is a must


  • Professional skills:

  • Minimum bachelor degree and 2+ years of relevant working experience in B2B customer and contract/business management field, preferably in multinational environment is a must
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel is a must
  • Agility with complex business processes is a must
  • Interest or experience in finance is an advantage


  • Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level is a must
  • French on a fluent level is an advantage
  • German on a fluent level is an advantage
