Content Coordinator & QA analyst

US based Technology Company is looking to expand its team in Hungary with a Coordinator of Content for its website.

Purpose of the role

As a Content Coordinator & QA analyst you’ll be working with freelancers from all around the world to create professional, unique, and engaging content for our website while providing quality assurance for optimal user experience by ensuring that page content meet required standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, especially written
  • Some experience in content writing
  • People/project management skills
  • Precise administrative skills
  • Experience in using Google Sheets (formulas, filtering, reporting)
  • Familiarity with freelancer websites (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate freelance content writers
  • Perform daily QA on content writers’ work (proof, plagiarism, uniqueness, formatting)
  • Provide continuous feedback and assistance to content writers
  • Keep track of and report progress on KPIs (weekly to direct manager)
  • Prepare and update worksheets for writers with proper formulas
  • Communicate with writers on third-party platforms as well as via email
  • Track and precisely administer payments
  • Continuous reports on budget KPIs to direct manager
  • Evaluate potential freelancers to continuously grow team
  • Negotiate agreement details and encourage writers to commit to longer cooperation
  • Daily cooperation with in-house coordinator team
