Consumer Experience Advisor/Brand Ambassador

(French/German/Dutch/Danish/Norwegian)

Do you want to work for one of the world’s largest luxury beauty brands?

Do you want to work for a company that delivers value to its customers on a daily basis?

Do you want to join a fun, forward-thinking and exciting team?

The role:

    1. In your first two weeks you will receive expert training to become one of our online beauty advisors. To effectively promote the Estée Lauder companies’ brand, understanding who we are and our product range must come first. Technical training on how to process consumer orders and queries comes second. Our consumers will be looking for your expert advice in order to provide solutions that deliver a full resolution.
    2. You will be empowered to make key business decisions. With sight of the full end-to-end order process, your job will be to ensure that when things don’t go as planned, appropriate actions are taken to maintain a high customer satisfaction. You will be recognised for delivering positive change to our business that may involve spotting opportunities for process improvements to deliver an even greater service experience to our consumers.
    3. You will regularly get to test our products. At Estée Lauder “High Touch” is important in everything that we do. The more you can interact with our products, the more you will know and the better advice you will be able to give to our consumers. That means at our in-office beauty bar you will have the opportunity to frequently try our latest product range. Our brands include: MAC, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Jo Malone London, Origins, Glamglow, La Mer, Tom Ford, just to name a few.
    4. You will work with different parts of the Estée Lauder business. A key responsibility will be to liaise with multiple departments to continuously update product related information, marketing, promotional events, pricing and other interesting parts of our business.
    5. Estée Lauder is a family corporation that attracts outstanding people from diverse industries and nurtures talent. Collaborating with your peers across multiple departments is just one way you will learn and develop new skills at Estée Lauder. No matter where you start your career within our business, there is always ample opportunity to thrive and take on greater responsibility.
    6. At Estée Lauder the quality of our customer service matters the most. Whilst timeliness is important, resolving queries in the shortest possible time is not part of our philosophy. We are a unique, in-house contact centre that take pride in what we do. Making a meaningful impact for our consumers is our priority, it’s what sets us apart from an outsourced provider.

What is “High Touch”?

One of the most important things behind Estee Lauder’s success is our “High-Touch” consumer service.

“High Touch” means delivering outstanding personalised service and education to our customers. It’s more than just selling. We create strong emotional bonds with our consumers: the unmatched quality of our products, combined with the expert advice of our beauty consultants, both in store and in our contact centres, creates a total package of priceless value that goes far beyond product, price and science. It’s a total experience that sets our prestige brands apart.

In the digital era, consumer’s needs and shopping habits are evolving. “High-Touch” has gone high-tech, moving beyond the selling floor to online and digital platforms. We are connecting with our consumers online through e-commerce and social media —reaching them where they are and how they prefer to shop.

We want to have a positive impact on our valued consumers. This is what sets your job apart: you make the impact.
