Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of concessionaires to improve business performance and service quality, collaborating with internal teams
Negotiate and administer lease contracts, including amendments
Build strong partnerships with concessionaires and passengers through a customer-focused approach
Lead strategic and individual projects from concept to implementation
Act as the primary contact for concessionaires, handling daily requests and operational issues
Drive service quality improvements by analyzing insights and monitoring partner actions
Ensure timely concessionaire payments and track performance against service standards
Support retail tenders and contract negotiations, managing documentation and the full tender cycle

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or client-facing roles in the retail industry, which could be shopping center management or key account management at a retailer or food & beverage company
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work independently and manage small teams or projects
Understanding of airport commercial operations and their impact on business and customer experience
B category driving license
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strategic, results-driven, and business-focused
Customer-oriented with excellent communication
Team player, self-motivated, and independent
Builds strong working relationships
Honest, reliable, and demonstrates personal drive
