Commercial Operations Reporting Analyst EMEA

Task:

IQVIA EMEA is currently looking for a Commercial Operations Reporting Analyst for EMEA Commercial Technology

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Finance & Commercial Operations Function for Commercial Technology with a special focus on the bonus calculation of the Business Development team. This role would be based in Budapest where the EMEA FP&A Hub is located, working remotely with other members of the EMEA Commercial Technology teams including the Finance & Operations Lead who are all located in different IQVIA offices across Europe.


Principal Accountabilities:
  • Set-up, maintain and adapt standardized revenue reports and processes for bonus calculation and potentially other finance and sales operations reports and processes to support the EMEA Commercial Technology team
  • Manage the bonus calculations of the central Business Development team throughout the year by maintaining the bonus calculation tool up to date and adapt when necessary (new team members, adaptation of plans, etc)
  • Check complex contracts and identify the values that are counted against each individual’s objective based on defined targets
  • Support the communication of plans and results to the teams and senior leadership
  • Support the definition of bonus targets
  • Prepare and perform comprehensive quality checks on every report as standard; troubleshoot issues and find solutions as required; propose process improvements to minimize recurring errors
  • Challenge the current ways of working and provide alternative solutions to improve quality and efficiency of processes

Expectation:

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
  • Proficiency in English, Hungarian is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytical subject
  • Experience in an analytical role
  • IT literacy with experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge of SFDC is a plus
  • Proven experience of maintaining a high volume of excel reports
