Job responsibilities

  • Receiving end user Calls/Chats and Emails
  • Provide first level resolutions on technical issues reported by the users
  • Owning the ticket resolution and making follow-ups with escalated groups/vendors for issue resolutions
  • Updating the users on ticket status periodically
  • Upgrading technical knowledge on Office 365 related issues and contributing to Knowledge Base creation
  • Ability to work in a team and collectively work on issue resolution ensuring maximum end user satisfaction
  • Thinking out of the box to explore possible resolution beyond KB articles and use all available/authorized resources to find a suitable solution to an issue
  • Continuous learning on cloud related products, Azure in specific
  • Share knowledge with team members
  • Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group

Requirements: interpersonal & technical skills

  • 2+ years of experience in support operations (previous work experience in international contact/call center in a technical  voice support process/IT product support  is preferred)
  • Good communicational skills and customer management experience
  • Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
  • Experience in an IT product support environment like Microsoft, Dell, HP and support end users on application related issues
  • Willing to work in 24x7 environment
  • Good Analytical & Coordination skills are essential
  • Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications(MS office, Adobe etc)
  • Troubleshooting skills on Office 365 related issues including provisioning and configuration, VPN connectivity, MS office, SharePoint
  • Understanding of Cloud basics and exposure to Azure environment
  • Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers
  • Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
  • Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Exchange (Outlook) environment
  • Skills in managing multivendor environment and ability to work with various resolver groups in driving the speedy resolution
  • Knowledge/exposure on ticketing tools like Service Now, Net meeting, Microsoft Share point

Required qualifications & language knowledge

  • Min. high school degree
  • Preferred any Science / Technical Diploma or IT/ Tech/ Engineer graduation
  • Fluent or native in French/ German/ Turkish language+ fluent ENGLISH language knowledge is a must!
