Clinical Application Support Specialist

On behalf of our pharmaceutical partner we are looking for a Clinical Application Support Specialist

The ideal candidate is a part of the Surgical Sales Business unit, is a strategic partner within the commercial organization. Is responsible for training customers, represent the products properly and ensure the safe and the appropriate use of the products.

Major Accountabilities

• Technical and clinical training and support,
• Ensure successful implementation of all equipment and software,
• Identify and report all differences of the products,
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers from Technical Services and local equipment managers and Sales Reps to support clinical sites for new installations and site support and trouble shooting,
• Attend and support Medical Congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars, and wet-labs.

Minimum Requirements

• Language: Hungarian native, Professional Proficiency in English (oral & written),
• Bachelor’s Degree,
• Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience as a Technician in Medical Device or surgical practice
• Professional communicational style with good interpersonal skills.
