CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYST LEVEL1 (Polish speaking)

TASKS:

  • Answer incoming contacts (phone, e-mail, chat) on technical related cases
  • Resolve customer’s IT related issues
  • Manage the end-t o-end process providing regular update to customers
  • Administer all cases in the given systems

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Polish language on B2 level + English on B2 level
  • Other European languages on B2 level also in scope
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Interest in technical and IT related fields
