About the opportunity
As our new colleague as Data Manager Analyst, you will contribute to Sanofi CHC performance development and effectiveness maximisation by
Acting as an Analytics Business Translator in order to upgrade Sanofi CHC into a truly data centric fast moving consumer healthcare organisation
Improving & developing data-driven approaches to contribute to country strategic and executional choices and constructively challenge the business
Challenging data/ analytics providers (internal and external) on assumptions behind data and models for better outputs

About growing with us – in this role you will
Prepare timely and accurate business performance reporting and analysis and generate business insights that drive business growth
Support all the internal stakeholders in preparation of complex and ad hoc analysis in order to provide business evaluation of impacts and opportunities due to market dynamics or customer behaviors
Actively proposes improvements, enhancements and new solutions to the existing business Intelligence tools of reporting in order to support business with deep and accurate inputs and actionable insights
Collaborate with marketing teams for brand planning process, demand models, ROI, Marketing Mix Models and resource allocation projects, leveraging all the internal & external resources & data in order to ensure results impact
Act as an analytics business translator who is
able to identify critical KPIS and generate engaging business performance growth stories: consumer, customer, trade
able to explain complex data & analytics in simple words
able to identify causal drivers that matter and assemble them in powerful dashboards
able to use, interpret, and drive forward looking simulators to test different business scenarios on marketing, trade spend, and performance
About you: qualifications, education and work experience
Business background, Bachelor or Master degree
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in BI, market insight area
Deep Excel proficiency – ability to do hands-on simple correlations or projections in Excel
Proficiency in retail audit panels, sell-in, sell-out, causal drivers (Nielsen or IQVIA data)
Solid understanding of P&L build-up
Marketing mix models techniques
Forecasting innovation & category fundamentals
Price & Promo Analytics
Digital measurement foundations
Knows or learns fast various visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Fluent English, Hungarian is a must
Nice to have
Ecommerce performance and analytics experience
Python/R programming language knowledge
