Chatbot solutions intern - Diákmunka
Main tasks, works:
- Support project manager in implementation and testing of the chatbots enhancements based on business requirements
- Update functional and project documentation based on instructions from the project manager
- Incident tickets creation and solution testing based on the project manager instructions
- Support with preparation of chatbot related articles and video material
Job expectations:
- Minimum experience with MS Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ongoing studies with an active or a passive student status
- Fluency in English (spoken, written)
- Working hours
- At least 20 hours availability/week
- Long-term student job
