Our multinational partner in Budapest is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the Commercial Foundation Project, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives across global markets.
In this pivotal role, you will lead change management activities end-to-end, engage stakeholders at all levels, and prepare the organization for seamless transitions that deliver measurable business value.
›› Main duties and responsibilities
Change Impact Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand how upcoming changes affect various business units.
- Develop strategies to minimize risks and maximize positive change outcomes.
???? Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key stakeholders and build tailored engagement plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
Training & Capability Building
- Design and implement targeted training programs to support smooth transitions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust content and methods as needed.
Communication Strategy
- Create clear, consistent communication strategies that convey goals, benefits, and progress.
- Ensure transparency and unified messaging across all communication channels.
Adoption Readiness
- Deliver detailed organizational readiness reports for upcoming changes.
- Identify barriers to adoption and propose practical, actionable solutions.
Market Influencer Collaboration
- Partner with market influencers to strengthen support for change efforts.
- Build relationships that enhance Diageo's presence and engagement during transitions.
Action Plans for Readiness Gaps
- Develop and manage market-level action plans to close readiness gaps.
- Track progress and adjust strategies to achieve targeted outcomes.
›› Required competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in change management or similar roles within large organizations.
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact change programs with measurable results.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into actionable change plans.
- Excellent leadership capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working through shifting priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to deliver clear, consistent messaging.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse groups.
