Cash Collections Specialist - Diákmunka
Main tasks, works:
- Prompt, proactive, and effective communication with external customers on daily basis, with obtaining current information on outstanding cash
- Register payment promises
- Daily handling of order releases as per DOA
- Perform account reconciliations, reduce account aging as much as possible
- Establish clear and concise communication with debtors, internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate issues to appropriate internal and external contacts in order to minimize past due and bad debt and improve DSO
- Preparation and attending reoccurring cash calls
- Support the operation of the one finance, participates in collaboration forums
- Keeps contact with the affected stakeholders and key contact persons
- Support projects related to assigned processes
Job expectations:
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Knowledge of Slovak or Czech language
- Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status for 6-12 months
- MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
- Working hours
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week
