Car Fleet Coordinator (KH_100901)

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the fields of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after-sales, sales tracking, and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern, and North African entities. They are looking for a Car Fleet Coordinator to maintain the balanced process of work for the car fleet of the EMEA countries.

Main responsibilities, tasks:

•         Assist the administration and coordination of the company car fleet for EMEA countries

•         Set up and supervise effective systems for sending/receiving and filing of correspondence, documents, data, agreements, and contracts

•         Maintain accurate reports of vehicles

•         Schedule repairs or arrange preventive maintenance

•         Be a key point of contact for Global Sourcing for EMEA in company car purchasing activities

 

Required skills:

•         3-5 years experience in Car fleet administration      
•         Fluent English

•         Good Organizational, Communication & Interpersonal Skills

•         Problem solving, decision making and process improvement abilities

•         Assertivity, flexibility, accuracy
