Call center/Sales support associate
Job Description, tasks:
- Promoting the sale of banking software solutions in the CEE region and globally.
- Expanding company contacts in the CEE region and partner companies
- Daily inside telesales activities and approaching new and existing clients.
- Organizing client meetings.
- Preparing proposals and sales materials.
- Fluency in English and one other European language
- Analytical thinking, independent and pro-active personality
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes within a fast-paced business environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems including: Salesforce, Confluence and JIRA.
