You will make an impact in the following way: 
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to define, harmonize and drive excellence in Supply & Material Planning processes across our six EMEA manufacturing sites. At the company transitions from multiple ERP systems to a unified SAP S/4HANA platform, you will play a critical role in shaping the regional process landscape, ensuring consistency, efficiency and alignment with global standards while supporting local operational needs.

•Define and own the EMEA Supply & Material Planning process framework, covering demand translation, MRP, capacity planning and replenishment.

•Lead standardization and harmonization of planning processes across multiple legacy ERP systems, preparing for integration into SAP S/4HANA.

•Collaborate with the business and S/4HANA team to ensure alignment between EMEA and global process templates.

•Establish clear governance, KPIs and documentation for all planning processes.

•Serve as the EMEA process lead for the SAP S/4HANA deployment, bridging business and IT teams.

•Support process design workshops, fit-gap analyses and solution validation during implementation.

•Ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems by defining clear data, process and system migration requirements.

•Act as the process ambassador for Supply & Material Planning across all EMEA factories.

•Partner with site planning leaders, production, procurement and logistics to ensure effective adoption of new processes.

•Provide training, guidance and support to local planning teams throughout the transformation journey.

•Monitor process performance and compliance using defined metrics and analytics.

•Identify systemic issues and lead corrective actions to optimize service, inventory and cost.

•Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across factories and functions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s  degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply planning, material management or manufacturing operations within a multinational context.
  • Strong process and system knowledge in MRP, production planning, and material management.
  • Proven experience working with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), experience with SAP IBP and or GIB is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead ERP-related process harmonization or transformation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable operaing in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and cultural diversity.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languagues are an asset).
