Expectation:
- Education level: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics/Logistics or pending degree with only the final exam oustanding
- Proficiency in English and in Italian
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in multi- cultural work environment
- Communication and Problem Solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Team players with strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
- Result-oriented personality with a strong customer-service mind-set
Other:
Customer service or client management experience
Experience with SAP
