  • Education level: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics/Logistics or pending degree with only the final exam oustanding
  • Proficiency in English and in Italian
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in multi- cultural work environment
  • Communication and Problem Solving skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail
  • Team players with strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Result-oriented personality with a strong customer-service mind-set


Customer service or client management experience
Experience with SAP
