    In this role you will be responsible for driving strategic priorities and continuous improvement projects within allocated vertical and demonstrate positive impact. Realize improvement opportunities by applying Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, program management and change management methodologies. The outcomes of success will include optimizing current and future processes, improving customer experience and quality, driving down cost, leading process and technology improvement projects, supporting strategic planning, and building a culture of Innovation and Quality.

What you will do:

  • Identify and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives along with cross functional teams and global partners and also ensure that the results improve costs, quality, speed and service of ESS business
  • Work on the lean transformation and Digital Maturity Assessment of the processes and delivery operational efficiency
  • Validate solutions by conducting Time and Motion Study of the processes and deliver desired benefits
  • Proactively liaise with stakeholders/SPOC for data collation for SLT reporting & dash boarding
  • Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis by using 3D (Discover, Diagnose, Deliver) approach to improve processes
  • Detect issues, complaints to identify process improvement needs. Identifies process gaps, perform root cause analysis. Uses 3D (Discover, Diagnose, Deliver) approach to improve processes.
  • Encourage initiatives to motivate the teams to both generate and implement ideas for Continuous Improvement, also manage and drive entire lifecycle of idea generation (ThinkBox implementation) till value realisation
  • Conduct Digital Maturity Assessment of processes and identify digitisation opportunities, create cost benefit analysis and work with relevant Digitisation team till its realisation
  • Act as a change agent and ensure continuous improvement activity is being communicated, understood, and supported within the organization.
  • Lead embedment of a culture of continuous improvement (CI) through developing CI skills in others by conducting Six Sigma and Lean trainings and workshops

This job might be ideal for you if you have:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Six Sigma and Lean initiatives and people management
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification (it is a must)
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience gained in a multinational environment; telco or shared service sector experience is a plus
  • Consultancy, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Cross cultural sensitivity
  • Experience gained in performing Six Sigma Trainings
