Business Development Manager

• Finding new customers and market opportunities
• Maintaining the relationships withexisting customers, establishing and improving customer information
• Conducting business meetings / negotiations
• Acquiring and developing operational knowledge
• Implementing innovative solutions
• Developing contractual relationships

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company/ a transport company
• Conversational level of English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility, high stress tolerance
• Innovative mindset and attitude
• Sales approach, diligence and a convincing, credible personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, result-oriented, customer-focused attitude
• B - category driving licence
