Our client is a well-known multinational retail and corporate bank. Due to the implementation of T24 system, they are looking for three ambitious and experienced professionals to the following position:

Business Analyst (Project Management) Retail/ Corporate/ Payment areas

    The job will be preparatory work to support decision making in realtion to implementing lending module of T24 including:

  • assessing lending related application landscape (loan origination, core system, reporting accounting, provisioning, etc.)
  • set up and analyse potential alternatives for future business architecture landscape aligning with IT enterprise architects to support alternatives
  • preparing high level process catalogue for end-to-end processes
  • map key end-to-end prcesses and identify key areas of complexity that needs simplification
  • assess and analize Temenos modell bank processes and key functions and mechanics


  • All the above in stron cooperation with various business and IT areas of the Bank System Integrator and Temenos experts.

Main tasks:

  • Mapping, documenting, optimizing or designing business processes
  • Understanding, gathering, consolidating, analyzing and documenting business requirements
  • Present suggestions on requirements and liaise with all involved parties for feasibility and efforts, considering any further opportunities or potential risks
  • Designing and specifying solutions based on requirements
  • Preparation of decision making materials, business case to support solution alternatives
  • Defining test cases, participate in functional and business testing
  • Support in relevant application user guide and training material preparation

Expectations:

  • University of College degree in Finance/Economics or Technology/Engineering
  • Excellent English language skills both oral and written
  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrated FSI experience
  • Experience in business process analysis and design, requirements gathering, specifying IT solutions to satisfy business requirements
  • Good understanding/knowledge of key business processes and systems of the financial services sector
  • Experience with use case development
  • A good overview of the lending value chain
  • Strong analitical and problem solving skills
  • Good organization and coordinations skills
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects individually
