Making advertisements on our own Eastmen websites
Working with other social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn and new ideas from your input
In this position you are in daily contact with candidates from whole Croatia. You recruit mainly professionals for companies in the metal industry in the Netherlands, as: welders, CNC millers turners, truck drivers, mechanics, etc. With our Dutch colleagues, from the office in Utrecht you will have daily contact, in English, discussing all our open vacancies. We also have a good and easy software which we use for selecting and keeping our candidates in the database.
The recruitment process means basically this:
- calling the candidates via phone and interview them about their work experience. Ask them as many questions as possible and see if they fit to any of our open vacancies.
- to suitable candidates you will send their CV to our clients in Holland, via our software
- as soon as the best candidates are accepted, their documents need to be asked and help them to organise their own travelling to The Netherlands.
- as soon as they arrive to the airport, our coordinators will great them and taken them to the accomodation.
Other recruitment tasks include:
- You have good communication skills in Croatian, and English (is a must) written and spoken.
- You like to work with people
- You love to talk on the phone with candidates (20-30 or more times a day)
You are not afraid of cold-calling (calling people outbound, from other CV databases)
You have talent and feeling for sales. You know how to convince people to start working for Eastmen
You like a changing work enviorment. Everyday something new is happening
You get energy from working and talking with people and you think always in possibilities
You focus only on solutions and never on problems
Similar work experience is not necessary, as we teach you everything.
You like to organise your own work, alone
You are pro-active and can handle stress, sometimes you have to arrange everything in a short period of time, like one day.
You like to have good results and you are eager to work harder and harder for it
You are the best person fitting in our team if:
Knowledge of Romanian and/or Hungarian is a plus. Or any other Eastern-European language

Those who show fast great results, will have a higher fix salary after the 3 months probation period
