  • Branch Office Manager

    Task:

      • Coordinating and supervising branch staff in performing daily activities
      • Handle, maintain and update financial databases
      • Organize, manage and update branch databases
      • Recruit, select hire and train new branch employees
      • Establish and execute staff communications programs
      • Participate at conferences and maintain daily contact with/reporting to the headquarter in Berlin
      • Ensure compliance with the company's policies, standards and regulations

    Expectation:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the next fields: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration or Management
      • Excellent managerial and organizational competences
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
      • Multi-tasking abilities
      • Attention for details, logical thinking and results oriented
      • Efficiency in time management
      • Rational and strategic thinking
      • Previous working experience in monitoring and coordinating staff is necessary
