We are looking for a Vendor Management Trainee to help us by supporting our Suppliers.

We are looking for a Vendor Management Trainee to help us by supporting our Suppliers.
Task:
- Supporting suppliers from various European countries,
- Providing information on the status of invoices and their payment deadlines
- Managing suppliers' notifications and analysing incorrectly issued invoices
Expectation:
- Student status
- Good knowledge of Excel, fluency in working with a computer
- Good Hungarian and English skills (knowledge of German language will be an advantage)
- Availability at least 20 hours a week ( min. 6 months contract)
- Very good communication skills
