Automation and Client Reporting Intern - Diákmunka

Main tasks, works:

  • Manage the governance of Sales data and Management Information reports across all EMEA Client businesses
  • Support the Automation & Client Reporting team through the delivery of self-service automation tools to client facing businesses
  • Automation of priority client business and external client reporting
  • Working closely with Sales Leadership Teams, Heads of Sales and senior regional leadership
  • Delivery of a high-quality product that meets internal & external deadlines
  • Designing efficient solutions such as external client report delivery
  • Building and maintain tailor-made reports for client specific needs
  • Performing four-eye-control as part of reporting due diligence
  • Supporting the creation and automation of product presentations
  • Collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders and partners

Job expectations:

  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • High proficiency in Excel with ability to navigate and interpret multiple datasets and high proficiency in VBA
  • Commercial, analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working time
  • Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
  • Development opportunity for 6 months
