Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Purpose of the Role:

  • Leverage state-of-the-art technology and tools revolutionizing the way people data are consumed by HR and business leaders

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work along with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the HR business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
  • Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions to the wider team while setting and maintaining high ethical standards
  • Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, working with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership
  • Assess the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques and improve data collection methods
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling them to make necessary changes to product performance or presentation
  • Exceed employee experience
  • Partner with People First Contact Center / IT to deliver technology service
  • Develop HR Functional & Tech knowledge and provide insights
  • Research and resolve system issue
  • Assist with maintaining the HR Technology portfolio ensuring on-going integrity of data through process review, security administration and audit

Professional background:

  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Experience in data modeling and data processing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
  • Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
  • Good to have knowledge on chatbot development tools such as IBM Watson, Microsoft Azure or Oracle Digital Assistant
  • Prior work experience in HRIT domain will be an added advantage
  • Ability to operating independently, be detail-oriented, and deliver results

Desired Qualification for the role:

  • 2-5 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models
  • Master’s or PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
