AP team leader

Key accountabilities:

Coordinate work within the team:

  • Establish team priorities, coordinate the work allocation within the team
  • Together with the AP leader and SME set up the most important KPIs for the team, track and evaluate the fulfillment
  • Thrive compliance within processes
  • Improve work relationship and operational rhythm with other functions and teams


People management related task:

  • Take part in hiring process with AP leader
  • Manage on-boarding of new joiners, act as a mentor for team members
  • Manage performance for team members (incl. setting goals, evaluating performance, setting up and following up development plans, providing meaningful feedbacks and recognition)


Stakeholder mgt. and representation:

  • Represent team within finance organization with AP leader
  • Represent INNIO with suppliers on ad-hoc basis

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a finance role
  • Understands concept of PO/Sourcing/Procurement/Vendor Master/ 3 Way Matching and their connection to invoice processing activities
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good Excel ability
  • Willingness to learn and solve problems
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in team coordination/management
  • Fluency in other European language apart from Hungarian
  • Demonstrated effective organization skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding the importance of suppliers’ timely payment
  • Able to set priorities and manage the daily workflow
  • Oracle and Perceptive knowledge
