Administrative coordinator

Main tasks:

  • Coordinate the office with the Managing Director
  • Cooperate in the set-up of the office;
  • Get in touch with our accountant;
  • Administrate the HU company's business transactions;
  • Invoicing;
  • Monitor the banks status.

Knowledge & key experiences:

  • Experience in accounting/logistics;
  • IT skills;
  • Numerical and analytical skills;
  • Economic degree.
  • Office package

  • fluency English is a must
  • fluency in Italian is an advantage
