Accounting Senior Team Leader (Fixed-term contract)

    As a senior Team Leader or Junior Manager are you looking for a challenging new position in the field of Financial Accounting? In this role you would have the opportunity to manage end-to-end processes, participate in process improvement and develop the team. Our partner has a prosperous operation in their Shared Service Center in Budapest.

Main tasks:

  • Full responsibility in managing the accounting team of 10-15 members
  • Supporting end-to-end General Ledger accounting, reporting processes
  • Monitoring the accounting activities
  • Developing and coaching the team
  • Maximizing the team’s performance
  • Standardizing and improving the GL processes
  • Supporting the activities in more countries
  • Participating in creating the strategy
  • Project and change management
  • Liaising with high-level stakeholders

Our client is looking for you if you have:

  • Fluent English
  • Deep understanding of accounting, General Ledger processes
  • Strong people management experience
  • Experience in SSC environment
  • Solution-oriented attitude
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to have a fixed term contract for 2 years
