
Accounting Senior Team Leader (Fixed-term contract)

As a senior Team Leader or Junior Manager are you looking for a challenging new position in the field of Financial Accounting? In this role you would have the opportunity to manage end-to-end processes, participate in process improvement and develop the team. Our partner has a prosperous operation in their Shared Service Center in Budapest.
Main tasks:
- Full responsibility in managing the accounting team of 10-15 members
- Supporting end-to-end General Ledger accounting, reporting processes
- Monitoring the accounting activities
- Developing and coaching the team
- Maximizing the team’s performance
- Standardizing and improving the GL processes
- Supporting the activities in more countries
- Participating in creating the strategy
- Project and change management
- Liaising with high-level stakeholders
Our client is looking for you if you have:
- Fluent English
- Deep understanding of accounting, General Ledger processes
- Strong people management experience
- Experience in SSC environment
- Solution-oriented attitude
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to have a fixed term contract for 2 years
