Responsibilities
Support account management activities related to customer data, documentation, and reporting.
Assist in preparing Excel-based analyses, reports, and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and organize customer information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Engage in activities related to managing and updating customer documentation, including pricing and workflow processes.
Coordinate with sales and other departments to support follow-ups, open item tracking, and process updates.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying and suggesting optimization opportunities.
Participate in internal projects, documentation updates, and administrative tasks related to account management.
Assist in reporting, data consolidation, and preparation of presentations for management and customer audits.
Contribute to cross-departmental communication, aligning with key stakeholders on status, progress, and open actions.
Assist in the continuous improvement of internal processes, templates, and documentation standards.

Requirements
Ongoing university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields at least until January 2027
Eligible for part-time student employment (min. 20 hours/week).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and general confidence with the MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluent English (written and spoken). Basic German knowledge is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a practical and “common-sense” mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Reliable, structured, and precise working style.
Good communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional and supportive team.
Eligible for part-time student employment (min. 20 hours/week).
