What will be your tasks?
To respond to inbound queries via the service management system (ask HR), telephone or e-mail
Take ownership of each enquiry and strive to achieve a first time resolution
To manage key HR processes for a specified geography in line with the documented process maps
To perform ad-hoc projects as required
To perform routine (weekly/monthly/quarterly) administrative tasks
What will be expected of you?
- Collage or University degree
- Fluency in German and Hungarian and English
